I have vocal tracks that have too much ess!
Is there a simple way to get rid of it or do i have to buy a unit?

Help would be apreciated, thankyou.

If you're working in a computer/editor, yes. There's a few things you can do to treat nasty essses and plosives. If not but you have access to a comressor with a side chain, you can set one up using that and an EQ.

Thanks for the quick response!

I am working on a Daw with cubase Vst 24. Whats the best way to go about it (I have S/w eq. compressors etc. - (1.6ghz, 256 ddr)

Bring up the offending track in your track editor, highlight just the section (the syllable) that's eeessing or P popping and either apply subtractive EQ that you've tuned to the offending frequency as many times as it takes to tame it or in the case of plosives, compression.
