Hi Tom.
I am looking at getting the 386. However, someone sent me a Electronic Musician reveiw that said there was a lack of clairity and punch. I haven't heard one yet and this reveiw was almost a year ago. Any opinions? What is it suitable for - amps, vox, acoustic instruments, ....?
BTW, Are you in the Harmon Music building in Sandy? I used to work for ACS down below.

Hey man,
The EM reviewer got a damaged unit and would not take a replacement for the review. All other magazine reviews have been very favorable. The SOS review is more than favorable in fact.
We get people walking in to dbx all the time trying to find ACS. Even though it says dbx in big letters on our door. I'm not complaining though, ACs seems to hire a lot of VERY good-looking women.

Thanks for the heads up on the EM review.
There are a number of good looking women at ACS.
Too bad their managment sux.
Maybe you can get GC or Mars to actually hook their dbx stuff up so I can come in and demo it. Or maybe I could drop by HMG and you could demo one for me.
