Hey guys, I was looking for a source to purchase a "quality" DB25 cable for my Delta 1010. The one that came with it is only about 5ft. long, and I see they offer a 10ft. one that has been tested, and does not degrade the sound in any way. Tech support also told me that I could run up to a 25ft. length without any sign degrading, but I don't want to by a cheapy.......but then agian I'm not sure what is good and not good when it comes to these types of cables. :o

Can anyone offer some suggestions?

Thanks,
Rick

My console has 68 db25 connections. I opted to go with CBI cabling to have all of my cables made (they are all custom pinouts). As far as the length goes, mine are all 20 feet plus without any degradation issues. Do yours need to be unbalanced or anything? I can't see how even 50 feet or quite a bit more would be an issue if they are balanced. Drop me a PM if you need a quote:)

The breakout box handles all the converting, so the signals on the db25 are digital, no? Does that make a difference?
