Alright, Right now I'm running a mackie vlz 1202 pro into a soundblaster live via the tape outs. Don't ask me why i'm not using the main outs. I think it's cause I've only got stereo rca to 1/8" cable, not stereo 1/4". Anyway- I'm very happy with the mixer but the soundcard is terrible. It's slow, noisy, and it can't do 24 bit. I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I've got a sizable student loan with nothing to spend it on. I've been looking at m-audio cards but I don't know which one would be most appropriate for use with my mixer. Suggestions, ideas?
