DAT to WAV

Please help guys im needing a program to convert the files from my zoom (which burn off as DAT files) so I can convert them to use on reaper which I believe uses WAV files.

Which Zoom do you have? All the new ones use WAV files.

Try just renaming the file. just replace dat with wav. It might just work. if not, just change it back.
