Darla 24 and Win 2k

I'm using a Darla 24 with Win 2k. and Acid 3.0. Recording either a mic or instrument, the input levels are only -60 to -50 maximum input. There is a good signal level into the Joe Meek pre amp. The levels appear only slightly louder without it. I've tried switching between +4 & -10 on the Darla meter with no siginificant change in the level. I'm using the Ver .66 drivers. At one time the levels appeared normal (up to 0 db). Nothing changed on my system. Could any other PCI device affect the Darla's performance? There is an ASUS TV tuner / video card and a modem.

Have you tried the Echo website support pages? There's lots of info there...also a forum link i believe. I'm running 2 Layla's with W2K and it works fine. It could be so many things...buss speed, IRQ sharing conflict, etc., etc., blah blah blah...Good luck!
