I downloaded Planet Unkind(arrival). I don't usually listen to this type of music, but I liked it. I'm kind of curious to know what kind of equipment you used for this.

I'm gonna download a few more...

Downloaded "Planet unkind (arrival)" and ""Corp. Circus Tricks".....I remember visiting yer site before, you must have mentioned it in another post......mixes were very good, really nice sound...the vocalist is excellent...wish I could make out the words from the distorted vox around 2:00 on "Planet".....that's my only nitpick, but hey, maybe I need a hearing aid, instead of it coming up in the mix a bit.....both songs were good work and vocals way better than most in the genre.....gibs

thanks for the listen guys,...i appreciate the comments:)

i use a EMU P2K, Cubase VST, Gina s/c, Midiverb IV, Jackson guitar, POD guitar preamp, Peavy compressor and Bass, Mackie 1402 mixer. various soft synth/sample stuff.

im glad you guys liked it, its unusal for sure, not mainstream. i'm a solo artist at the moment but in the process of building a band to take the project live.

peace, morphyx

aawright

Listening to Planet Unkind as I write. This is not bad.. Got some friends who're gonna love this.. Keep it up!!

Only thing I can think of is I'd like a more "solid" low end.. Maybe a distorted bass would do it.. Then again.. that's just me ;-)'

Nice songs, great vocals

Damn....good stuff! The mixing sounded real good, even with the mp3 format.

I'd like your opinion on a song... most people aren't into this style.... and I'm not even sure if I should call it industrial rock or not.
