Santa was kind enough to drop a Delta/44 card and Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 under the tree this year and I've just gotten around to hooking it up but for some reason it's not recording.
Setup:
P3 500
VIA chipset (onboard audio disabled through BIOS)
256 MB RAM
13 GB 7200 RPM EIDE drive
Delta 44
Mackie 1204/VLZ Pro Mixer
I've followed the directions on the CW site for setting this up and I see a signal in the M Audio control panel but when I select and arm the source in CW I don't get any signal showing in the console. It appears the wave profiler works fine and I'm able to select the Delta from the source list and everywhere else I should.
I have also tried various combinations of recording speed and bit depth (always matching what is in the M Audio control panel) and I rerun the wave profiler and restart CW each time but still no luck.
I'd sure appreciate some ideas/input if someone has some.
Thanks
