Curious about a Gibson Bass

I was checking out this Continental 5 online but they don't have any sound samples on the gibson site. Anybody have idea about the sound quality and what kind of music it would be good for? Preferibly somebody who owns it or has played one. They don't carry it at any of the music stores around here!

I don't own a Continental, but I've always played Gibson basses. I have a vintage Thunderbird, and had(until it fell off the stand and snapped the headstock off) a Les Paul bass, and that was the best sounding bass I've ever heard. Never had a complaint with Gibson. I play Rock.

The Continental is a beauty!
