Cubase With SeaSound?

Anyone doing this? I'm having a terrible time getting Cubase 5 to work with my new SeaSound. Bluescreens and a crash every time it tries to load after installation. It's never loaded, once. Installing the R6 upgrade makes no difference.

It installs and runs on my office computer, but not the recording box with the SeaSound.
 
get rid of the seasound while someone might buy it...driver support is crucial in the world of pc recording....you know that ...;)
