Hello,
My soundcard came with Cubasis VST 4. This program seems pretty weak.
I've yet to fully explore it, but my question is this:
Is the full retail version of Cubase much better?
I'm still looking to buy the ALESIS US 428, that comes bundled with Cubasis VST US-428. I fear this will be similar to the Cubasis VST 4.
[EDIT] I'm currently using Vegas, Acid, and SoundForge. I've heard using the ASIO drivers I can control Acid and Vegas...Is this true? I would prefer to stay with programs I'm accustomed to, also Cubase is not cheap.
