cubase SL3 and tascam fw-1884

Having some trouble. Cubase shows all of the inputs and what not but the board has no effect at all on the software.
 
You can't just expect it to work without telling Cubase what your using. Look for a Setup Devices menu somewhere, don't remember where it's at.
