I run SX3 with Vista on a HP laptop and I do not have any problems.

It worked for me.

However, i do remember when I loaded it for the first time, it appeared as though the program did not fully load, yet when I checked program folders, there it was.

I just opened it from there and all is well.

Cubase 4 Studio on Vista. Only problems is that Vista is so RAM hungry, my XP machine runs it a whole lot faster. BUY MORE RAM!!!

I'm upgrading to Cubase 4 Studio, it should be coming any day. I run Vista as well.

You had no problems loading it? How much RAM do you have?

No probs, but cubase.net has a checklist and a downloadable patch in case you are on an incomatible service pack, so check them out first. I think it is stickied there, I will try to find it.

Only 1gig ddr2, and it runs fine, and with Mackie Onyx drivers (better than asio4all) latency is almost zero, but vst instruments and effects sure lag the processor HARD. Clicks and pops abound during playback, but they don't actually record (usually)
