right and you were the one giving shit about levels ??? a keyboard for instance has an amplified output and as such is active... a guitar on the otherhand is passive.... though if your using active EMG's for instance techniclly your active despite the need to use the "passive input"

my bad tele... i just reread and you werent the one i was thinking of...
