Unpossible!
Hey -

I need to wipe my harddrive and reinstall Cubase SX-3. However, I don't want to lose all my I/O settings. Does anybody know where those are stored? Are they with the project files? I have those on a seperate HDD.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can't remember where they are stored, but I have found them before. I would do a windows search for the name of one of your I/O presets:) Also, you can store a copy of your preferences which is very handy:) Save your templates as well:)

As a second thought, when you store your I/O settings and templates, does it give you an option of where to store them? This might tell you where they are:)

I don't think it does, but I will check right now. I will also search for the name of the preset.....

edit - nope on both counts. Can't see where it puts them, nor does it come up in a search....

Well, I could not find my I/O settings either. I was able to find my templates though. Do templates store I/O settings with them? If so this would be one way to get what you need:)
