Cubase effects

Hey Im new to cubase currently coming from sonar and I noticed sonar had a very nice EQ feature. I was wondering what would that feature be in Cubase SX, for those who doesnt know what the eq is its kind of a phone type of voice, it sounds like timberland uses it on his voice.

thats not really a feature, it's a filter used to recreate
the frequency of a phone sound (I don't remember what particular freq it is)

Some mastering programs IE Spark XL have a filter that does it.
Theres another good one that simulates the sound of music being played inside a house, while you are outside...a heavy bass sound thumping.

If you know your EQs, you can fiddle around and get the sound you want, or try
a lowpass filter too.
