CUBASE 8 pro problem

CUBASE PRO 8 problem:

When I open a cubase project, not all audiotracks are heard.
When I open the mixer panel and I touch (even very slightly) a fader of a non heard track, the track is heard.
From the moment I release the fader knob, the track is muted again.
Anyone ideas?

Well that sounds very strange. I have heard of some having issues with VCA faders. Are you using them?

Try opening Cubase in Safe Mode and see if it is a problem with your Preferences.
