cubase 5 *midi keyboard controling mixer functions* driving me nuts !!!!

k , so , dont hate, i downloaded cubase 5 to try it out, still currently using cubase sx3. when i installed everything there where 2 problems. 1 some of my vst programs didnt load with, "colouses being one of them". not a huge deal , im sure i can figure that one out. 2. it appears that there is some kind of midi preset for my midi keyboard "roland pcrm50" what i mean is, say i hit "c2" it driggers one of the mixer channels to mute and unmute. a lot of the keys on my keyboard are now controling mixer parameters and driving me bunkers. iv searched every where for mid presets and what not and i have run out of ideas.

If you have a stienberg dongle, you can get a 30 day demo licence for cubase 5.

dont do cracks...

that said... what interface are you using??? try to disable cc#'s sent from the keyboard... or alternatively the midi receive in cubase... ya maqy need to look under the devices tab...
