Cubase 5 and Melodyne Studio

I am using Cubase 5 and also just got Melodyne Studio. Watching tutorials on youtube make everything look so easy. I am lost. I need to know how to setup melodyne to work with cubase. Any info that you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.
