ctrl+del

Well, I went and did it. I used the ctrl+del option to erase a mixed track I didn't want anymore and erased my guitar track by mistake. :-( Is there any way I can get it back? Or am I out of luck? Thanks.

Well, you could check the Audio Pool. But if ctrl-del is the same as ctrl-backspace, and it asked "this will delete audio permanently, do you want to continue?", your outta luck.
