A 70's instrumental - I was trying for a dramatic sort of police drama feel - think "Streets of San Francisco" , "Mod Squad", "Starsky and Hutch", "Policewoman", "Hawaii 5-0" , and even "A Team" and "Wonder Woman"

what did you use to record?? just curious
 
Recorded on an old Pentium 3 700mHz laptop with 256KB ram, Windows 2000, n-track 3.2. One take - because I can't do overdubs without latency and glitches on this old clunker.

Sounds on an old Roland synth (XV3080) and a standard Fender strat played through a Pod XT. These go through a M-1000 10 channel Roland mixer (I was only using 4 channels) and USB out to the PC.

Sequenced and pre-mixed using Noteworthy (www.noteworthysoftware.com).

It's a budget production.

I am more of an arranger/composer - I record simply as a proof of concept.
