Critique me please

Im just looking for a general critique, not on the quality of the recording because most of the songs are one take to just get a rough sketch, but the overall sense of the song. Thanks guys/gals.

I listened to Shade Of Black, and liked the vibe it had. Sounds like it will be a cool tune once you finish.

decent ideas

the stuff really needs to have some vocals melody lines, etc. for me to form an honest opinion.

The one song that has some vocals on it sounds like it's going in a good direction, but there seems to be some pitch and or tuning problems. with the vocal\guitars.

If you're going for a acoustic rock ala Days of the New-Tantric thing then
it sounds like maybe you're not far off from coming up with complete versions of these tunes...
right now without the lyrics and melody the progressions aren't interesting enough to really figure out where you're going with it.
Get some vocal tracks down (even ruff takes - like the one you have on that one tune) and post 'em back, I'll give you an honest opinion if you want it then.
