Crackling and Popping with DVDs

Hey everyone i'm experiencing crackling and popping with the audio of my DVDs when I play them on my computer. I have a Delta 44 soundcard and everything works fine when i play CDs or record with it but when I watch DVDs it cracks and pops with any audio. I have a PowerDVD player it came with my computer (a Dell) so I don't know what to do help thanks

Sounds like you need to download some DVD-audio codecs. Look around, do a google search on DVD audio codecs for Delta 44.
