Here's an interesting one I'm finally proud of...

Go to my documents...and pull St.brigid.mp3 and stbrigid2.mp3 (the other two are samples for a different discussion board)
I submitted the original st. brigid about four months ago and got some replies from this thread

I took those to heart - many thanks to previous responses and made some changes into a remix...st.brigid2.mp3.
1...Louder and more compressed - I know..it screws with the dynamics...but it's a quiet song, doggone it. As it was...it just sucked.
2. better treble response...I'm finally starting to get accustomed to my Mackie monitors...sometimes you just have to push the brightness - when you are just starting to grit your teeth on those things treblewise...that's when it's just right everywhere else, I think. - my previous eq's were kinda flat with a bass cut...I've now leveled it out and increased treble.
3. some slight level changes to the background harmonica.
let me know what you guys think...I know a lot of people liked the first one a bit, but I find it hard to believe that by A/B'ing the two, someone would choose the old mix over this new one.
Now if I can just get the old version off the mp3.com website.
