I read a lot about ac and eletric guitars micing, but to myself, seems that "preseted" things don´t works...

(only a example that you know):
"my" (sorry, Paul) :D Blackbird acoustic micing was "out of preset", I only mic the bridge of guitars (booth), no mics on neck

I`m at work, and I havent been at home that much lately due to some serious playing and working.
My computer at work wich I`m using now is very fragile, and when I stream stuff it goes into meltdown.

I will have a listen when I get on my own machine.


So I`m still around, just lurking :D

Just had a chance to listen to th remix (finally - chores).

Never have anything much to nit on your stuff....but..you have it in you to do a perfect harmony - so I will leave that with you. This one seems smoother ;) Give it a few days maybe.

Still has all the qualities of the first mix...but notice (happily) on my cheapo PC speakers I can actually hear bass!!! Remember that old adage where they mix the bass for multiple systems. THAT is a sign of a great mix RAMI. When I get a chance I will listen on headphones to enjoy much better fidelity.

IDO...you are the wings beneath my (and many others) sails....Your opinion means alot to me, because you have the gift of being able to listen and break down a song...I don't have that talent. I envy you. And this place wouldn't be the same without you.

So, I will re-do that vocal part in the bridge, eventualy..For now, I know it doesn't ruin the song, butI also know it's not good enough to leave it as it is.

Love you too you Canadian bastard (I'm only half canadian, so I'm only half bastard :D ) Anyway, I see you are attempting to stop me from proposing, how dare you... actually, I'll probably need no assistance in stopping myself and running away :D :D :D yeah, and by the way, I was listening to this tune while writing this. Poppy poppy poppy, you sound like the monkees or the ramis' or something. Or you took a little purple circle pill... hehe, that's a compliment, kind of reminds me of them :cool: The drums rock, awesome sound there. Vox sound like they could come up a tad only when solo (i know i'm the last person who should be saying that) Nice bass sound, guitar sounds a bit burried behind the drums. Cowbell needs 0dB increase, and yes I'm kind of drunk :p Fun song to listen to
 
Good remix.
BUT DON'T BUFF IT, let the colours shine through. Little bumps & scuffs refract the light in different directions that's all.
