I stand by my negative rep. I hardly ever give it, but your post was clearly attacking of mine. I don't think getting his country of origin is a "big mistake." Maybe if he had said "I'm from the UK, help me out"...that might be considered a big mistake in your world.
I guess then everyone on this thread (who all assumed he was in the US as well) and many others who have done the same in other threads have made your so called "big mistake" before :rolleyes:
And, apparently you missed the post where I corrected myself above (to him, not to you) and gave him valid information for his country. Which of course wasn't the "huge difference" between countries that you had stated.

But then again, you're always the one to post in these threads with irrelevant information that has nothing to do with the original post and in the process has helped no one.

The truth> copyright laws are complex and full of loopholes and technicalities. To the original poster: Its wise to credit the original regardless. Unless you are ripping off the Beatles or Michael Jackson or Metallica, a simple credit should be ok if you arent making bucks.
