Copying rack settings

In Multitrack, how do I copy one track's rack setup to another? I'm trying to simulate stereo by creating a copy and adding some delay but when I create the copy it doesn't carry over all the settings I've done on the first track.

Save the rack setup, then load it as a preset into the next track's bus.
