cool edit pro .ses to sonar?

i've been using cool edit pro for a while and am just getting into midi stuff. since CEP doesn't support midi, i was looking into Sonar, but before i spend $500, i'd like to know if i can import my .ses files (cool edit pro's way of keeping track of all my .wav files and the time offsets associated with each). Are any of you familiar with this? Is this the right forum for this question?
