What's the difference between Cool Edit Pro and Cool Edit Pro SE?

I know SE is the version that comes free with some sound cards and I know that I can find all the specs for the regular version of Cool Edit Pro on the Syntrillium site, but I can't find any site that will tell me the limitations of the SE version. The sound card I plan to purchase includes the SE version and I am concearned that it won't fit my needs. In particular, can I record several tracks of audio (not taking into account sound card limitations) and mix them? If so, how many tracks? And can I edit each individual waveform like with Cool Edit Pro? Thanks.

The SE version is limited to 10 tracks and doesnt include the effects....editing is allowed....
