Robert Riley's Audio Editing with Cool Edit Pro. Likely out of print, now that it's Adobe Audition 1.5.

Im planning to get the Total Training DVD's for Adobe Audition. You can find them on Ebay for around $100. Its about 6 hours worth of DVD's. Supposed to teach you AA inside and out.
