Cool Edit And Soundcards

ok i dont have my new sound card yet, but i'm guessing that when i want to select 4 different ins for different tracks im guessing i goto the Bus and click on REC 1 and there should be a list of all the ins i can select from?

Yeah on each track you select what device/input will record onto that track.

So for each track under the record in options it will display all the inputs from your soundcard. The playback is the same on each track. It will display all the outputs of your soundcard.
