converting to MP3 within sonar

does anyone know how to add external effects in sonar when converting to MP3? is it possible?

included in the sonar package is an mp3 encoder. using the mp3 encoder, you can mix down your audio with your directx or vst (if you've got the wrapper software) down to mp3; however, i don't know of any way to import exterior effects DURING the encoding process.

thank you, i didnt think there was a way to include extrernal effects when converting to MP3.
cakewalk hasnt e-mailed me back yet, its been over a week. so much for tech support..LOL!!!!
