I tried but had no luck converting my midi tracks to 24 bit audio tracks in Cubase 5. I can get transform them into 16 bit audio but if I try to export them into 24 bit I can't get the audio tracks. I use the "export audio" function in the master mixer to convert midi to audio. Anybody have any possible solutions to this problem?

Are you trying to convert VSTi MIDI? Or MIDI from a physical synth? If I'm not mistaken the "convert MIDI to audio" function in export is only for virtual synths. If you want to convert MIDI from an outboard synth into audio you need to do that in Cubse. Rerout the MIDI out of your synth and into a different cubase track (than the original MIDI is on), arm the new track to record and playback the MIDI track. It will then be turned into an audio file that you can export.

If your using a VSTi, then I am not sure what your doing wrong.

Good Luck! ;)
