Convert CAD u37 from USB to XLR

I recently purchased a audio interface and wanted to convert my CAD u37 from USB to XLR to take advantage of direct monitoring. I've Googled around and can't seem to wiring schematic for it. I'm pretty certain that I could easily just snip the cables coming out of the capsule and hook those up but I'd really to keep the -10db and bass rolloff functionality. Thanks. I didn't realize it'd be that much a pain. I'll just sell it and get another mic.
