I will post a few common ones you can use to edit to how you want to fit your needs..
 
also remeber never give up your rights to your beats/tracks... everything can be worked out and put into contract

i try..but like all contract and agreement make sure you get an entertainment lawyer to look them over to make sure you have all basis covered..and so you want get screwed in the long run.. ;)

Thanks for your help! I'm curious about how much the lawyering might cost to do a "once over" of a contractual agreement such as this?
 
I have heard some will do it for free..some start out at 80$ hr..its all depends..

I wrote this to mean that the company will have to pay sampling royalties but I don't know if it's clear. Anyway, here it is for my HR fam:
Licensing for replayed elements of existing compositions will be the responsibility of Company/Artist, not Producer
 
Great post BK. I use a variation of the Producer Agreement. Those are legit contracts. They came from MusicContracts.com.

And they cover sample clearance in section 10 - Warranties. You just have to attach a schedule with all the necessary sample info and state that they are uncleared.
