Hi!

Where can I learn more about form of contract Artist / Producer
or Band Partnership contract .


What should I use when I'm making product for som band (it usually may include writing some music for it or correcting existing parts of melody, harmony and arrangement, recording and mixing it using my own equipment and technique ) ?

It all depends on how good you are how much you can ask. When you right tunes and rearrange for them, you are entitled for some copyright, so you gotta agree with the band how much you are entitled to.
 
sounds like a consultant agreement with special clauses for copyright specific things... you could use a producer contract, but it sounds like the type of work may be more in the "they pay up front" variety than the royalty percentage for a producer.
