How do I download it? It will only let me stream it...
 
you can only get them off ebay now..and they ruun from anywhere from $79 to $250+

unless you can find someone that is sell for a cheaper price..EMU doesnt make them anymore..

im lookin to get the world expedition and protean drum..and i think i would be set for all the sounds i want and need for all my music that i create...gotta to other stuff other the hip-hop and R&B..you know..

Man, I just wrote the first verse of "Like My Style" and that's gonna be off the hook once I work the beat on it and work the flow magic on it. I didn't sing a lot of hooks on the first CD. I'm thinking it'd probably go decent on this one. Hell, I'll drop the edited (since I'm chillin' at work) verse here.

Yo Carter, you get that verse recorded yet? I have to add the hook on my end and then mix it down. Probably might do that tonight if I get a min. I ain't heard from Gullz so I don't know if I'm gonna have to use that extra verse I had stashed in my notebook or not.

Well the only bad news is that I have been sick all weekend and I didnt get to do my verse my voice is all fucked up.... Give me a few days to get it done.. :(

Yo it's cool homie, take ya time so you can make it good. I'm just writin' up the rest of the album and that shit's saved on Cubase. So we all good.
 
Damn. I already wrote March with my opinions on Bush and politicians in general. Now the more I watch the news recently, the more I'm tempted to update the lyrics and talk about how fucked up the government really is. If anybody can get me some audio clips of the news reportings on the hurricane and how Bush is dealing with it, I'd be more than appreciative. I plan to switch up the song, add the clip in as a break in it and then drop the third verse.
 
Posted some new beats on the site. All of them will be on the album and are titled after the name of the songs they are for. Check out Like My Style and Talkin' S***.

Edit: I'm adding and updating the tracklist I posted earlier here so you can check which beats will be on the CD and hear them on my soundclick.

14. Skit - The Letter (a clip of me writing a letter into my journal while I'm talking to myself about it) Beat selection: None

Hittin' Corners was just the name of the beat. I'm gonna call the song Coastin'. I haven't written any lyrics to it yet, but I probably will this weekend. Since I'm just gonna throw one verse on it, should be cake. I'm gonna mix down the hi hats on it though and add just a little more effect to it.
 
I think you should keep the "Hittin Corners" title for that track..it would make a better hit single to push then Coastin' ..just IMO
 
I might take that as advice. I know i can work with it either way.
 
cool...so how is your project coming..mines is on hold until i figure what all in one multitrack recording im goin to get..im leanin towards the Korg D3200 for now..
