Connections: mixer-amp-monitors

1/4" , XLR, bannana plug, binding post?

What are the best connections to use from a Mackie mixer (1/4" and XLR outs) to a Hafler P1500 (1/4" and XLR ins;binding post and bananna plugs outs) to a pair of Yorkville YSM1's (binding post)?

What's the difference?

Use the XLR's to the amp for sure...

After that, posts, plugs, just make sure the connection is clean and solid.
