Hello everyone, first time poster and fairly confused newbeginner when it comes to building a studio.
So, I currently own a Scarlett 2i2 that I use for recording guitars and vocals with.
I've connected the scarlett straight into my mobo and I've connected a pair of active speakers to the scarlett's 6.3mm outputs so that I can have two seperate speakers.
One set of speakers for the PC itself, i.e spotify, skype etc.
And the other active pair for mixing in reaper etc.
So here's my question:
Can I somehow connect my scarlett interface to a USB mixer that is compatible with reaper?
Nothing fancy, something around 12-ish channels so that I can control an entire mix with knobs instead of my mouse, while still having two seperate sets of speakers?
I may have explained this entire thing way to complicated for which I am sorry xD
Just give me some follow-through questions if I was unclear.
