connecting to mixer

if i buy a delta 44 or a 1010lt, how would i connect it to my mixer and still have it going to my computer? if you can help me with those cards, i have the same question about the emu 1820 card. i'm still trying to decide which one to get. any advice? thanks

mics into mixer, then any of aux out, fx out, insert out, direct out, mains out or group out into your 44 or 1010lt inputs.

Then 2 outputs from the soundcard back into Tape In or 2TR In in the mixer for monitoring
