Connecting synthesiser (electric organ) to pc

I want to connect my electric organ to my pc.
I have recently bought 2 midi cables so that I can connect midi in from pc to midi out of organ and midi in from organ to midi out of pc. I was just about to do this but when I looked at the ports at the back of the computer there was a mic in port, a joystic/midi port, a digital out port, a line in port, a line out port and a rear out port. I don't know where to put the midi cables!
Please would someone be so kind as to help me solve this problem. Thank you.

you need another cable that comes out of your joystick port and breaks out as midi in /out cables - your local music/computer shop should have one.
