Confused about hooking up equipment

I recently bought a Behringer 1204fx, a Behringer 4 channel headphone amp, and an E-Mu 0404 Pci sound card. I am recording into Sonar 6 home studio. I need to be able to record into sonar 6, as well as hear whats going in and out of sonar 6, while recording. Basically, i will have prerecorded guitar, bass, and drum tracks, and i need to do vocal overdubs, what is the right way to hook all of this up. The mixer came with the uca200 usb interface, but i don't know if i should use that or the emu sound card. I need serious help. Thank you all for your comments and advice.
 
Thanks for the quick response. I went to the article earlier before I posted but didnt understand the insert point outputs. Are those the line in 1/4 jack on my mixer channels? Thanks again for the help!!!!!

I'm not familiar with your particular mixer. If the manual doesn't explain about inserts, call the store where you bought it and ask them. Note that not all mixers have insert points, especially cheaper ones.
