condensers vs. sm-58..vocals

for vocals, how would you rate and compare the three...
an sm58, an sm57, a small diaphram condenser, and a large diaphram condenser, all with pop filters for male vocals??? Please give me comments about each...Thanks!

Impossible to give very much specific information without your budget
limit, what mic pre or mixer you're using, etc.
There are terrific vocal microphones in each type you mentioned,
and also ribbons.

with about a 100 dollar preamp for the large diaphram...for recording, would a sm57 or sm58 due??
