I'm probably a tad late on this, but... Yeah, this seagate harddrive will work on the ABIT IC7 mobo. if you take a look
here, you'll see the "SB SATA" (SATA means Serial ATA) and the "SB IDE" comparison rows... there is info on both of these, and on the SB IDE (the one you're concerned with), it shows "2ATA100". This means it has two ATA-100 controllers on the motherboard. Each of these ATA-100 controllers can host up to two drives apiece, whether it be zipdrives, hard drives, or optical drives (dvd, cd, etc etc).
The Seagate drive posted is an ata-100 drive, as specified
here. And it will work.
And for further info, you can use an ATA-133 drive on this motherboard if i remember correctly, the only thing is, it will run at an ata-100 speed, and not ata-133.
So you shouldn't have any worries with buying this drive.
