Hi all!

I have recently began to get a small keyboard set up going at home and would like to have a go at recording. I have trawled ebay in search of a multitrack system but was wondering if there is a reasonably priced computer studio out there at all? What I would like is something of say 16 track capability with perhaps a built in sequencer program and maybe even some effects. What i dont want is something like these drag and drop type programs like ejay, something that has no sample library, just a plain old recording system that can record track by track and mix down etc. My OS is 98se by the way.

All the best, Doc

n-track has pretty much what you are looking for. You can download a 40 day (?) full trial version at www.n-track.com.

As far as effects you can download plugins to use in n-track.
