Well, that answers the question I didn't ask.

Has anyone here actually USED this equipment though? Any testament to how this setup actually performs?
 
For that price and what it comes with, anyone can start a mobiel recording setup, and it will perform better than a Sound Blaster right?

Well I ordered it, I will let you guys know how good/bad it is soon.

But for now, I think this can be labeled as the cheapest computer recording package period...
 
the only thing I would have done is substitute the Audiophile for the Edirol USB. But it should work fine enough, as long as you're not expecting earthshaking quality.

Definitely would be better than a Soundcrapper though.
