i jus rerecorded the songs, because the timing was off on the old ones so tell me if the songs sound alright, any comments.........

Are you wanting comments on the quality of the recording or the song's quality?
As far as you songs go, they're great starts...Punk's not hard so I'll give you that. as far as punk songs go they're alright.
Recording quality - jus another has some serious timing and tempo issues. Look into getting your drummer to play to a click or metronome track. I liked Who Am I the best. It's very typical punk....not bad for your first efforts.

For your recordings it soulds like there is no bottom end. No "kick" and no depth to the voice. As far as the songs go, try not to fit too many words into a phrase. Also do record with a metrodome, or at least practice with one. Not half bad though.
