I love it!
Sounds like live recording. I could imagine black and white video behind this music. I tried to get this kind of sond but didn't get it right.
I'll listen it again on better equipment.

sounds good, maybe needs a little more verb in the vocals, maybe a little
less mids in the guitars? the vocals kind of sit in the same space as the rhythm guitar, that's why I mention the mids in the guitar.
tempo/tracks/song all very nice.
C.

thanks for the feedback so far. i updated the file and mix.

Cool song and arrangement. Great solo at 1:20, kind of frenzied sounding. Maybe the level's being pushed a little too hard - dynamically it sounds to me like it was limited in a way that added some hardenss to the peaks.

What does "ttt" mean?

Tim

thanks timothy...yeah i think i cranked the preamp a little too hard plus maybe i need to trim down the compressor i used when i did a quick mastering.

ttt = "to the top"

sounds a LOT like that Jet song Are You Gonna Be My Girl....

I'd say get some more power behind the guitars, get em up front.

the stop and go changes are similar to the jet song but the melodies are quite different IMO

thanks for the guitar suggestion.

I like the song. Love the floor tom?

Like the vocals.

I agree with Tim on the lead.

A great get up and rock song.

True :)

thanks true..yep thats the floor tom pounding away. it comes out well in the recording.

Hi,
Good song - sounds a little thin though. The stereo reinforces this. Much fatter and happening when the solo was rockin'.
The harmonies work well.
A little bit of abondon is needed in the vocals - too restrained.
Good song & playing but needs some ergs from a mixing & producing point.

Wow this song is very good. Arrangement shows you know how to write and/or produce. What equipment do you use? I really dig the whole song and the solo after 1:00 just sounds awsome.

edit: listened to the song again and I realized I dont like the shaker in the beggining vocal part.

Very nice. Agree with the solo. Very refreshing. Ever think of adding in an acoustic in the far background? For a little effect? It's sounds nice, I do like it. Short, to the point.. Nice job.

I definitly dig the tune, man. What's cool is that this type of music is up for lots of interpretation engineering wise, so the live feel does go well.

Very vintage.

Very live sounding mix- I think it's the drums mainly that give it that feel.

Unique vocal treatment - almost too distorted at times. Can you even that out or is it dynamic dependent - just curious.

Nice to hear something with this much dynamics in it!

It Rocks!

:D :) :D :)
