:D

I looked at one in a store - it seemd to be study enough, but therewas no compartent (under the necK). I think it is the first guitar case I've ever seem that did not have a storage compartment.

The sale guy told me Coffin cases don't have storage compartments. I thought this was a poor design mistake (does anyone not use the compartment to store something (tuner, batteries, picks, cleaning cloth, etc. etc. etc.)

coffin

Hmm,,,,so where are we expected to keep our enbalming fluid eh?
Its just not good enough,,,,,,,,

I thought that I read that they have a storage pouch that zips into the lining.

Watch out where you buy em, when I got mine delivered it still had a body in it...

...I used to jam all sorts of things in there until things got out of hand...now I have about a 20 lb. bag of shit that even has the kitchen sink...now I only keep a spare slide & a couple picks in my main battle guitar case...

I've got one for my bass... my brother bought it for me for Christmas. It's very sturdy and vwey plush inside. Determine your need for a storage compartment (I bring a small container that has my wireless transmitter and receiver, picks, etc...) so it works for me.

I got one for my Epiphone SG (the cheap travel axe), because it was the only case in GC that fit the axe. I just put a little zippered case in the bottom of the case below the body of the guitar, and it works quite well.-Richie
