Clutter of Peak files can be fixed.

Have had n-track for about 12 months and one thing that has always bothered
me was that it generated all these mostly useless peak files, and retained them
even after final mixdown.

I asked the programmer if there was a way to eliminate this, and he didn't
have an answer.

Open n-Track/Preferences/Options/Uncheck Peak file production box.

No more Song 1 peak files....Song 4800 peak files...just lying around, no longer
useful.

Nice. I think I'll have to do that. Are we absolutely sure that the peak files will serve no purpose whatsoever?

The peak files will be regenerated if you turn that option back on. It is for display purposes only.
